Refund and Cancellation Policy for STARMAKER INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED Application

1. Refunds
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for purchases made directly through the STARMAKER INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED application using Razorpay.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are applicable only for unused credits, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Refunds for partially used services will not be processed.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Non-refundable items include completed song purchases, custom recordings, and other one-time services that have been fully delivered.
1.3 Processing Refunds:
- Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Subscription Cancellations:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Canceling your subscription will stop any future payments, but it will not retroactively refund any payments already made.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
2.2 Event Booking Cancellations:
- Event bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, please contact us at cloud@rockstarstudioz.com.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at cloud@rockstarstudioz.com with your order or booking number and the reason for your request.
- We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
4. Changes to This Policy
4.1 Updates:
- RoxStar reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our application or website.
4.2 Notification:
- Significant changes to this policy will be communicated via email or through an in-app notification.
